I am a dedicated academic and accomplished researcher with over a decade of expertise in management, operations research, and business analytics. As an Associate Professor at the College of Business and Economics, Qatar University, I have established a distinguished record of excellence in teaching, pioneering research, and academic leadership. My research revolves around sustainability in operations and supply chain, quality management, green behavior, innovation, and entrepreneurship. My research focuses on leveraging business analytics and decision-making strategies for organizational excellence and environmental sustainability. With numerous high-impact publications in Scopus and Web of Science-indexed journals, my work has significantly contributed to advancing these fields globally.

I have taught and developed a wide array of undergraduate and graduate courses, including Total Quality Management, Operations Research, and Business Analytics. I have mentored over 18 Ph.D. and 10 Master students successfully guiding their research across diverse disciplines. I also serve as an editorial board member for numerous academic journals and has been a reviewer for high-ranking publications.

I have provided consultancy for several international organizations, including DIFI Qatar Foundation and the Malaysian Entrepreneurship Development Program. My consulting expertise spans sustainability strategies, quality management, organizational development, research and development and entrepreneurship development.
